1. Respect & Fair Play:
• Always respect other players and admins. Insults, racism, and toxic behavior are strictly forbidden.
• No cheating! Using hacks, scripts, or exploiting bugs will lead to a permanent ban.
• Play fair! Intentional blocking, griefing, or disrupting gameplay is not allowed.
2. Gameplay Rules:
• Terrorists must plant the bomb as their main objective.
• Counter-Terrorists must defuse the bomb or rescue hostages depending on the map
• Excessive camping is forbidden – keep the game dynamic and fast-paced.
• Ghosting (giving info after death) is not allowed.
3. Chat & Communication:
• No excessive mic usage – soundboards, music, or mic spam are not allowed.
• Be respectful in chat, especially towards admins.
• Only English and Romanian are allowed in public chat.
4. Admin Respect & Complaints:
• Admins have the final say in all disputes. Arguing excessively may result in punishment.
• If you believe an admin is abusing their power, report it on the Complaints section with valid proof.
• Do not impersonate admins or misuse admin commands.
Special Rule for Admin Applications:
If you apply for admin and you're asked: "Have you read the rules?", your answer must be:
"I have read and understood the rules of CS.LEGENDCS.RO"
Any other answer will result in your application being rejected.

• Always act professionally and remain neutral in all conflicts.
• Use commands responsibly – any abuse will lead to removal of admin rights.
• Treat all players equally – no favoritism allowed.
2. Ban & Kick Policy:
• Permanent bans are only for cheaters or repeated serious rule violations.
• Every ban or kick must include a clear and valid reason.
• Warnings must be given before taking action, unless the situation is extreme.
3. Activity & Responsibility:
• Stay active and help maintain a fun and competitive server environment.
• Handle reports fairly and explain your decisions when needed.
