Things are going pretty well for Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, the follow-up to Warhorse Studios’ pretty successful 2018 RPG. In fact, it looks as though the new sequel is already due to hit a pretty significant milestone, and so soon after release, as well.
According to the latest financial report from Embracer Group, Deliverance 2 not only sold well after it launched – selling a million copies in the first 24 hours – it’s also said to be “fast approaching” the two million mark.
The report goes on to say that it’s had an “especially strong performance on Steam.” Indeed, when checking the latest figures from SteamDB, we can see the game peaked at 256,206 concurrent players a few days ago. At the time of writing, things are going swimmingly with over 140,000 players in-game.
Embracer also says the company believes “the game will continue to generate substantial revenues over the coming years,” with a focus on “quality, immersion, and appeal.”
